Stratagem learnning suggests:wether you would have fall into your opponent’s trick,or you just went in his trick’s(laudatory:stratagem) direction of and turned it to your adventage,is up to your position.Dominant or not.
(Mentioned in Blog Thanks)I was in China Consulate,I shown my identity to china officers.I went BAMF’s direction of,seems that I must be deported back to China.But,in Pfarrkirchen I am now .
Question is:what is the dominant?The will-power the governor privately has?The common values exist in the world?
The answer naturely is:Common values in the world stand up for it..

In year 2008 I had such two instances for what’re german common values.
A german student threw his shoe to China Prime Minister Wen in Cambrige University,while he was shouting “You are a autocrat!”.
A german lecturer in Tsinghua University seriously stated his views on Tibet affairs”Communism can not poison Tibetan any more,a free Tibet is real China!”
We have a further question:Does current German Law stand with the values?Of course it does,because Germany has a collective,demoncratic Government.

I myself had such instance:my second asylum application is rejected in the situation of the officer in BAMF Nürnberg DID NOT see any my statements.(Besides,I also paid attention that he–the officer has a doctor degree!)

As a people in praying,I insist on that Germany is different from China.But such a thing cann’t be shirked by an excuse of Bürokratie.

There is,always is the button line which can not be broken.There exist,always exist values (e.g. humanrights) we cann’t encroach on.There is,always is somthing we must uphold!

For my case,I am expecting a new justice-upholder.

I’m a narrow-minded person,here for the reason I have to do sth. again for BAMF(as mentioned in Blog ‘Summer 2009).
I was sent to China Consulate in name of going to my lawyer’s by a deportation order from BAMF.I was at that time in Detaintion Centre Munich,and believe me that you can not get any fast,efficient help to stop them in that situation!
Such TRICK that BAMF presented to me as well when I was in Britain far away from Germany. Britain Govt. was infromed formally that I would not leave England willingly.Be honest,I couldn’t find any reason to remain in England if I had an acceptance from Germany. As an extension of BAMF’s political smile to Britain Govt. ,I was detained,and almost be deported.After sussceed in preventing deportation,I was noticed that Police could come someday to my hostel,and the plane loaded me will take off to China,to death!

God says thank you!I am still alive,and will survive!
I thank the woman in UNESCO Bamberg,the two men in Jesusist Org. who stopped the deportation!
I thank all the Organizations which are helping asylum seekers,thank the people putting heart in upholding justice!

On the first day, 6 strong members of JOG Bayern came together at 16:20 pm.We started cutting the film we took at the refugees camp in Nordlingen.The film has some interesting clips of the refugees and migrant youths there and their situation showing determination to fight for their rights to improve their situation in those places.
The anti-lager demonstration “Lagerschlussverkauf”(11th- 14 June 2009 at Stachus in München) was also discussed and the plan towards that.The youth want to be active there in order to fight for the struggle for their rights.
We had some few minutes break for a wonderful meal together:-)
Since finance is an essential part of this whole projects, we plan to appeal to organisations for assistance.
The transportation cost,sleeping places and travel permissions are major the major problems.
We look forward to everyones imput and assistance in every little way to make the struggle for the lives of refufees and migrant youths to be a reality.

Starting with “Asian Foundation”?
Frankly,still quite bitter when I am writing this blog as the unexpection causes by my comments in internet on China Govt. in late year 2003,nearly 6 years ago.
So that,my life track changes.
So that,I suffer torments again and again,as well,much much happinesses and “unexpected splendors” I gained.

^^on this and the followed blogs I am writing and will be written,all offensive and critical not for personal but certain systems,rules and behaviors etc. .

In recent chatting with a friend,I reminded the same season last year 2008.
I said to myself:to get a job to leave hostel,to keep still because of my turbulent passions,hot-temper comes from extremely awful health,living situations in hostel of Pfarrkirchen. During the call with a woman in BAMF of Munich, she was trying to find excuses to revoke my rights of working.She asked:You have problems in China,why you want to study in England?By such logic,I must not have study in Britain.Then,I must be a liar,working rights of course should be revoked!

Japanese,Chinese,Korean–the Eastern Asia culture may not be excellent.But,people in the society under Eastern Asia Culture must be “upward”,through education is always a way to be upward,that man to be somebody in his society,that is the phenomenon of asian man fighting for their society position.

Stupid questions always reflect real intention of somebody`s own.
That is also why I got a paper which says Bundesamt will provide me a people knows China well before asylum interview.It is really a pity,I did not get one!Has this happen to every Asylum Seeker?
That is why Frau Angelina Merkel ever in China,a Chinese writer said Chinese officers knowing better Germany than Germany`s knowing China.Nodded agreement from Frau Merkel.
Among chating with the friend,I mentioned the experience I had in summertime last year,the Barvarian friend said:Perhaps that Barvanrian King Maximilian hundreds of years ago know more than certain officers in BAMF Munich.My friend smiled,said again:They don`t have much asian knowledge.King Maximilian has a lot of collections from China Queen,you know, at that time there was a monk from Augsburg area.!I don`t know exactly about that monk,but as I know priest Johann(chin. name 汤若望)from Koeln in period 1650s changes china time,who is in charge of the china heaven.and the ground affairs is being in charge of China Qing Emperor.^^
Either I don`t know exactly wether the woman needs asian foundation or not,but courses for humantarism,common values must be taken,as well for etiquette.Or directly go to church.

I am a young man who live in Passau a village called Breitenberg, and in this village there is usually no activities that i can  engage my self on for example going to school where i can learn the language  because i fine it difficult to speak to the woman responsible for us in that place i:e she cannot speak English. Also there is no other stuff where i can keep myself busy for the day. Normally what i do during the day is like eating , sleeping and i end up watching TV just to keep myself as a normal person and not to get out of my senses.

my life is so terrible at the moment because i did not know where to begin and i am in a suituation of loneliness and darkness. I really feel like having advices and living in a place where i can interract with people. Finally  i would be happy to hear from you my friends and those who can help me to get out of this condition before things get worst, because life is really difficult with me in that village.

Am Dienstag, den 13.01., und Donnerstag, den 15.01., steht der ehemalige Hausmeister der Flüchtlingsunterkunft in der Schloßstraße in Nürnberg wegen sexuellem Missbrauch vor Gericht. Eine frühere Bewohnerin der Unterkunft hat ihn im März 2007 wegen sexuellen Übergriffen in den Jahren 2001 bis 2004 angezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist mittlerweile geschlossen und der Hausmeister in Rente geschickt worden.
Sexuelle Gewalt gegen Frauen und Kinder in Flüchtlingsunterkünften durch Hausmeister, Wachpersonal und andere Angestellte ist kein Einzelfall.

Immer wieder berichten Frauen, Beratungsstellen und Flüchtlingsorganisationen davon,
dass das Personal in den Unterkünften seine Macht dazu benutzt, Frauen und Kinder
sexuell auszubeuten, zu misshandeln oder zu vergewaltigen.

Die Hausmeister haben in den meisten Unterkünften Zentralschlüssel, mit denen sie jederzeit alle Zimmer der BewohnerInnen betreten können.
Die Hausmeister oder die Heimleitung sind außerdem für die Ausgabe der Essenspakete, Hygieneartikel und Post an die BewohnerInnen zuständig. Oft wird berichtet, dass sie diese Situation ausnutzen um Druck auszuüben oder die BewohnerInnen damit zu erpressen. Besonders neu angekommene Flüchtlingsfrauen wissen meist nicht, welche Befugnisse das Personal in den Unterkünften hat und kennen häufig ihre Rechte nicht.

Erschwert wird ihre Situation wenn sie wenig oder kein deutsch können, keine Sozialkontakte haben und auch keine unabhängigen Beratungsstellen kennen. Das macht es für betroffene Frauen extrem schwierig sich nach erlebter Gewalt Unterstützung zu suchen oder die Täter anzuzeigen. Zudem haben sie oft wie alle von sexueller Gewalt Betroffenen Angst, dass ihnen nicht geglaubt wird, sie schämen sich oder wollen möglichst schnell vergessen was passiert ist.
Trotz dieser Schwierigkeiten hat im März 2007 eine Flüchtlingsfrau aus Nürnberg Strafanzeige gegen den Hausmeister der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft Schloßstraße gestellt.
Er ist nun wegen „sexuellem Missbrauch widerstandsunfähiger Personen“ angeklagt.

Die Prozesstermine sind am 13. und 15. Januar. Aus Solidarität mit den Betroffenen findet am 13. Januar vor dem Gerichtsgebäude eine Kundgebung statt.
Die Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen in Gemeinschaftsunterkünften schafft Abhängigkeitsverhältnisse und bietet die Möglichkeit für sexuelle Ausbeutung und rassistische Unterdrückung.

Seit den Lantagswahlen in Bayern 2008 gibt es endlich ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels, oder so was ähnliches. Der bayerische “Lagerzwang”, weltweit einmalig, welcher es abgelehnten Asylbewerbern untersagt ihren Wohnort ausser halb einer “Gemeinschaft - Unterkunft” zu nehmen, gerät erstmals ins kippeln.

400 Polizisten sicherten am 20.11.2008 den Platz der Einheit ab, auf dem am späten Nachmittag rund 53 Menschen gegen die im Dorinhotel konferierenden Innenminister und –senatoren demonstrieten.

Die bereits am Mittwoch mit einer Gala gestarteten fünf Protesttage am Tagungsort der Innenministerkonferenz (IMK) werden organisiert von Pro Asyl, dem Flüchtlingsrat Brandenburg, dem Bundesfachverband unbegleitenden minderjährige Flüchtlinge sowie Jugendliche ohne Grenzen. Die gestrige Demonstration richtet sich vor allem gegen die in Deutschland gesetzlich verankerte Residenzpflicht, die Flüchtlinge nicht erlaubt, die Stadt oder Landkreis, in dem sie aufgenommen wurden zu verlassen. Fahre ein Flüchtling beispielsweise von Potsdam nach Berlin, begebe er eine Ordnungswidrigkeit …
